The role she played as Nadine in General Hospital was from 2007 to 2009. From 2011 onwards, she's best known for her role as Adalind Schade on Grimm. Coffee was also Cassie Tatum in The West Wing, in 2003. The actress has had a frequent part as Janie in the show Franklin & Bash between the years of 2011 and 2012. The actress has also appeared on episodes of the TV series Yes, Dear, Cold Case, Strong Medicine, NCIS, Bones, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Psych, CSI: Miami, The League, Royal Pains as well as The Good Guys.
