Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most popular. He starred in the cult classic film Shottas opposite another singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani signed to Shang Records where he recorded his debut album in 1996 like Father Like Son and several singles, including Judge Not with Patra and Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap is (remix) and Sensimelia all of which added to his growing reputation in the new generation of reggae singers. Ky-Mani was also a part of Praswell as well as Fugees (as members of Avenue), a popular cover version of Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue was released in the year 1997. Marley was the first performer to play on stage at Midem in Miami which was an international festival of music.
